Eggs – 3 pcs

Sugar – 220 g

Vegetables – 130 g

Kefir – 200 ml

Flour – 280 g

Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

Currants – 200 g

Starch – 1 tablespoon

Preparation:

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add 200 g of sugar, and beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add 100 ml of melted butter and kefir, and continue mixing.
